So the exchange rate was about 32.14 then. Looking at Oanda, the rate on the 25th (I'm guessing this was the date) was 32.30. That's definitely a better rate than what I get from Citi.

It posted to my BKK account on the 29th. Oanda shows 32.2 on the 29th. So looks like BKK Bank is pretty good with the exchange rate, but they get you on the inbound 200 THB fee. The .25% is not a big deal, it's the minimum 200 THB. So seems like transferring large amounts at once makes sense.

I never noticed the .25% as I have always moved large sums. The TT rate on the 29th at BB was 32.14. If you go to the website you can choose the day and it will show you what their rate was.

Well it's .25% if the fee is between 200 THB and 500THB. Otherwise it's 200 THB at the minimum end or 500 THB at the maximum end.
