Finally! This is a welcome news to those who will undergo PDOS. My son woke up early and was in line at 5am, filed the application form, and was told to come back at 2pm for the seminar! How cruel that was! So the online application is a no brainer and should have been implemented months or years ago.

Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much. Sounds really great and just in time for Candy, whose USEM interview date is May 20.

I looked there now and it still says first come first served. Is this going to change on May 15, or should I look there every day for when the change is implemented? I can just see logging on May 15 just to find a message that the next date is something obscene like September 15..

The scheduling site is up and running, you have to create a username/email address and password to access it.

You'd think so, right!

Now if only the Philippines government would step into the 21 century and allow no-fault divorce.

Thanks for sharing, DandC! Great news to those next in line! :dancing:

I hope SLEC would also something like this. SLEC's online registration is only for entering the applicant's info in the system, not really for scheduling the medical.

CFO is definitely moving things forward.

There really is no issues at SLEC, no one is turned away... just have to stand in line... but that is life isn't it?

While we are at it, what about meaningful appointments at USEM? Yes you get a day certain, but everyone gets 7:30.

We had 6:30 ... and at the time I thought everyone got 6:30 as that was the only time showing up no matter what day I looked at.

I just tried to register Candy at CFO. They let us go through the whole thing, and the last question was visa number and date of issue. And it would not let us get past that point without that info, which of course does not exist yet.

So if I am reading this right, you cant register until you already have the visa, and by then the online system will probably have appointments backed up for two months. This is not an improvement. Some things are better left alone.

Well that sucks! Would it allow you to leave that info blank, or do they have it setup as required?

One other thing I noted was they are increasing the number of seats per session to 30 in Manila, that is 60 per day.

I am delighted you got in so easily. I heard stories of people getting bumped who showed up at 1 AM.

The online system would not let us proceed to the next page until we gave them a valid visa number and date of issuance, and it was not accepting blanks either.
