Question about sending AOS to spouse abroad.

Will it be OK that I email my wife my copy of my I-864 and tax transcripts to her. I don't feel comfortable mailing sensitive information through mail to the Philippines. I've mailed letters in the past that my wife never received, so I'm very cautious about this. If someone has emailed their's to their spouse abroad and had no problems can you let me know.

You can email the transcripts for her to print out, but your I-864 must contain an original (non-photocopied, non-printed) signature, so that must go through the mail.

if something changed up with yer I-864,

between the time you submitted it to NVC and interview day,

then it makes sense to send her the I-864 via fedex , with original signature, as she'll have to present it on interview day.

if nothing changed, then it's fine for her to have a copy of all via email.

My husband sent me important documents from through UPS or USPS and we had no problems with regards to the delivery. Email is ok, she can just then print them out but there was one member here who was asked for an original i864 form during her interview so better to mail her the original.

You are going to need to send your gal some documents that have your original signature... The safest way to do this is with FEDEX. Using UPS or the USPS once the mail gets to the Phil. the mail is given/transferred to a local Phil. delivery service to deliver the mail to your gal. If you use FEDEX, there is no worry because FEDEX will handle the your mail all the way to delivery to your gal. The only bad part is it is very expensive. But, the choice is always yours.
