Hello All,

I hope this finds you well. As for us, we are still together, but we were thrown a difficult curve ball after my husband's approval and awarded greencard. I was dx with Lukopenia and was fired from my job and since then nobody will hire me due to illness. Luckily, my husband was offered a full scholarship to a university in Nashville, but we do have things showings our relationship is still together and strong. We hope to mail ours next week, if not, then it will be May 1, 2014.

Here's our list:

- Check of $590.00 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security
- I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions


o Copies of our Well Fargo Bank and Bank of America joint account statements showing that we are joint account holders.
o Copies Debit card showing our names on same accounts.
o Copy of our last Will & Testament as well as Living Wills with both of our names.
o Electricity bill in both of our names showing our joint address.
o Cable, internet bills both of our names and showing address.
o Copy of my son's medical and school record showing that my husband is the Emergency contact.
o Copies of my medical file showing my illness and stating from insurance we are married.
o Copies of my sister's obit showing us married. (she died in January 2014)
o Copy of our Sam's club membership cards showing joint account.
o Notarized letters from family members explaining health condition and support from my husband.
o Several letters containing invitation to weddings around the country-- showing our names and addresses.
