I was transferred to CSC on January 6th and I'm still setting there. I have contacted my senator and they said uscis response was that my case will be decided by May 7th. Guess we will wait and see. Anyway we filed July 18th, 2013 and still nothing. Guess I want to know if I'm the only one still stuck waiting :(

I remember as well. I was so excited to be transferred to CSC, now it's a nightmare. But you are very right, nothing can stop us. If this don't work for whatever reason I WILL go live in my husbands country.

I filed in May 2013. I was transferred (to Nebraska) mid December. I was at the point of thinking it would never get approved, and finally towards the end of March I got the NOA2 for approved petition. Going by my own timeline, I'm thinking you will be getting your NOA2 any day now! Good Luck!

Join this timeline - Nikki and Ayo just are celebrating their one year wedding anniversary today.

They filed around the time you did and have yet to hear anything or get answers either.

I know she'd love a friend in the same boat.
