i just called the number they gave me ,to speak to the officer who investigated today, what i understood is that he is in jail (sure) , and he must pay some money, he may stay there for 4 days , the officer not sure yet, if the husband dont pay , he will see the juge and they will contact me to be present as well ,, , now i will call the numbers they gave me, same as the numbers some of the members gave me here in this post , to find out what can i do, leave him , or .........?, like the officer he just told me

Sara you shouldn't allow him back. As my husband explained to you he will only do it again. Is your life worth taking that chance? Next time it could be far worse. Please stay far away from him. If you decide to return home your family will understand, don't be afraid to tell them. They only want what's best for you, and staying with a man who beats you isn't what they want.

For sure he will face a judge, whether he pays the bail amount or not. The bail in San Diego for a first offense felony domestic violence is $50,000, if that is the charge.

You have time over the next couple of days to collect your emotions. You deserve better treatment than what you've endured, your safety is more important than love.
