You could be right. The wife is also an owner of the club. The lawsuit against the babe may be a red herring. It is possible that they colluded to get these remarks on tape so the NBA would take his part of the team away and allow her total control. Magic Johnson has expressed an interest in buying the club and now she posts a pic of her and Magic that set this all off. Interesting.

That's what I'm thinking. The girlfriend is going to get paid one way or another. That entire conversation was staged. He just wasn't in on the scam. That tape wasn't leaked, it came out on purpose. How much you want to bet there is more footage out there? He is going to get buried.

I will say about Sterling. He wanted a championship team and went and got the best and paid a lot to them. He also gave Chris Paul a big say in the operations of the team to stay with the Clippers. That was unprecedented as no player has ever in the history of sports ever received that much power over a team they played on. He gave a top pick and paid an obscene amount of money to Doc Rivers to come coach the team. He made a lot of black players and personnel very rich to attain his dream of a championship team. The Clippers were a laughable team until the last few years.

Oh well his racism has caught up with him. Too bad.

Oh, I'm not excusing him at all. He needs to go anyway. I was just highlighting all the players in this. His history was well known within the NBA, I wouldn't be surprised if all those involved got together and planned it out.

This way he's gone and those who ousted him, get to reap the spoils.

The truth is, if you are an owner that don't care about your employees you are no different than a bad landlord. Your property should be taken from you and given to someone who will maintain it.
