I-134 affidavit

Hi list,

I requested my bank to send a letter, after 10 business days I still didn't received the letter. I just called bank and they are saying it might be lost they will send again. My question is I already have letter from the employer, is there anything else I can show like 401k statement to support it instead of waiting for this letter?.

Do you have Bank of America?

Those stupid idiots gave me the run around and I still did NOT receive my letter. I have my tax returns, contract from the beginning of the school year (I'm a teacher), letter of employer, and pay stubs. I am going to print out my first bank statement from on-line banking a few more until the present.

If you are above the poverty guidelines you supposedly don't need much proof.

But I'm going to bring as much as possible because it's better to be safe than sorry.

Do you really need to use your banked assets to meet the public charge requirement?

If so, copies of your bank account statements will serve the purpose.
