Subject: Photobucket Users PLEASE READ!

as of March 2 they changed their User Agreement and the following

statement is in it (I went and verified it)

"In order for Photobucket.com to permit you to use the Services, you

grant to Photobucket.com a perpetual, universal, non-exclusive,

royalty-free, transferable, license to use, copy, distribute, modify,

print, display and otherwise exploit in any manner any User Content

and to enable third parties to use the Services to do the same."

I'll be deleting my account!! That's just not right!

Yeah, any website that has a user agreement which you agree to when you sign up can change their agreement later on, as long as they inform all their users. It would affect both existing and new users.

Host your photos yourself (create your own website) and keep them password protected if you are worried about security. What would you expect from a free service.
