I have a question? I did my fingerprint today it went well and fast except that Po2 told me that they're fixing their Seal at the moment, he make a note stating that their seal is not available, he just write where the fingerprint has taken and name of their agency, he has his signature. Will that work or do i need to go to another law enforcement with Seal?

Are you talking about a police certificate from another country, or an NBI clearance, or a local Filipino police certificate?

Hi, Tahoma Thanks for your response, for another country i'm applying for Hong Kong police certificate i already have my NBI , my question is will they accept it? Fingerprint is done what HK police required.
