Both fees ( IV and AOS fees) appear as paid at nvc site and ds260 form is available too- can we already send all the docuemtns for both packages ?

i wish i knew this.....or we need to wait for NVC to send us instruction when to send packages?...we would send them both together . i read that once both fees show as "paid" one can send packages...i wonder if it is possible even before ds260 form is completed? it would be good.

also, does ds260 form has "other names used" section ? ( i ask because of last name change recently )

Yes you can. I sent the AOS package before I even received instructions. Just make sure to send all the correct documents

You don't have to wait for them both to show paid. Once one fee is paid you can send that package. You don't have to wait for the DS-260 form either.

As soon as the money is taken out of your bank account, you are good to send in the AOS and the IV packages. Just make sure to attach the respective bar coded sheet on top of each package. Use USPS - Express mail.
