Which documents USC and foreigner fiancé have to bring to get married at the court?

It all depends on your county and state. Contact your county clerk for the requirements and procedure.

In my case, I just showed my passport and birth certificate. My fiance showed his driver's license. I just googled using terms "marriage license, name of my county and state".

What ever the county in which you're getting married decides you need. There is no one size fits all in the USA for that.

My town clerk (New Jersey) asked for the the following of my fiancee (now wife):

1. Passport

2. Birth Certificate

3. One extra photo ID
