Being part of an "outreach" is not the same as a resource is it?

The FBI has forged partnerships nationally and locally with many civil rights organizations to establish rapport, share information, address concerns, and cooperate in solving problems. These groups include such organizations as the NAACP, the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Anti-Defamation League, the National Asian Pacific American Legal Consortium, the National Organization for Women, the Human Rights Campaign, and the National Disability Rights Network.

Partnerships. Partnerships. They are working together as partners. The FBI is also working with other organizations as partners. I'd go so far as to say that's even stronger terminology than "resource," since it implies that the work is a two-way street. But you go on being you.

I don't claim to know what these terms mean exactly.

Anytime you have a long list of "partners" is kinda diminishes the weight of the partnership.

Clearly the FBI thinks their work is worthy enough to partner with them.

Nah: all it means is the preznit has successfully politicized the FBI, like he's done to so many other nominally 'agenda-free' government organizations. Why are the feds raiding Gibson Guitars with guns drawn, other than because their CEO made the mistake of contributing to a GOP candidate? It's called "trickle-down corruption", and the preznit plays the game like a champ.
