Keep in mind that it is not REQUIRED to provide that stuff with just the initial I-129F packet. When it is time for her interview you are then required to send her all of the information for her to provide to the consulate to show your on-going relationship, while providing this information is fine in the initial packet sent to the USCIS it is not a MUST. #### long as you provide airline tickets, passport stamps, a couple of photos of you together, and the other additional info it requires you to have with the initial packet you are fine.... the chats can be saved until later :)

Some people, including me, believe that "front-loading" an I-129F petition is the safest route to go when the petition will end up at the U.S. Embassy Manila.

For the I-129F petition, I printed out 1 page per month of Skype chat, and also from Viber chat. I started from the time our relationship began.

Is there a way to go back on Skype for more than six months? I can't seem to go back further than that. Thanks!

I agree with what Tahoma said. Although it is not required and your miles may vary, front loading especially when going thru Manila embassy will be the safest bet. When my wife (my fiancee then) was interviewed at the embassy ( I accompanied her and can here the questions), the consul asked questions based on what I sent them on the initial 129F.

This is very much consulate specific. If you will be interviewing at a higher-fraud consulate, then you should definitely 'front-load' your petition with relationship evidence. The purpose of front-loading is not to get the I-129F petition approved. It is so the evidence will be there in your file already for your K-1 visa interview at the consulate.

Anything that is in your I-129F petition file has to be accepted and taken into consideration by the CO at the interview. A CO can deny you the chance to provide more evidence at the interview, but cannot deny what has already been seen and accepted by the USCIS. Even if they do allow you to present more evidence at the interview, it is still helpful for the CO to be able to see some evidence when looking at your file before your interview.
