Fingerprint Twice Rejected for AOS! Help!

I got an RFE for my AOS for twice rejected fingerprint. USCIS local asked me to submit police clearance report from where I lived in CA within six months. But while searching online, I found the LAPD site: http://www.lapdonline.org/communications_division/content_basic_view/6426, which says that they do not give out police clearance for immigration purposes. Any experiences/advice/ help will be greatly appreciated. What to do??? :crying:
