I'm not looking for this to turn horrible like the other thread. Thank you for everyone's help and encouraging words. I got the restraining order tonight. It was not granted by LYING as some thought I would do. It was granted because I actually fear for my safety and most of all my daughters. Also because of the inappropriate behavior toward her and myself. Thank you again for everyone who helped and gave me advice. I really appreciate it.

Was there a distance listed in the PO?

If yes, since he lives in the next unit, I wonder if he knows he's in violation just by living in the next unit.

I bring this up, in case you need to take advantage of it.

It's a temporary restraining order so it only covers my apartment. However, it was explained to me that when we go to court on the first they will set a distance. I found out that my neighbor had previous charges of exposing himself to minors. It happened over 10 years ago, but still birds of a feather flock together. I will ask the judge if he doesn't want to keep the retraining order on me to keep one on my daughter. I asked my neighbor yesterday why he is doing this (keeping him there) after he knew everything that happened and he said he feels bad. Give him a few weeks to get out, he wants to go see his family in PA. I had to explain to my neighbor that he is stupid and he is dumb for falling for his lies because he has no family here! He also told me that by keeping him here and me seeing him that maybe I would get back with him. Again I asked him if he was stupid? My part is done. I know it sounds mean but even if he took off, I would not feel safe. He could pop up at any time.
