I am filing the i-130 for my husband . We are already approved and nvc has our case. My question is i dont have working records because i was a student but my mom is going to be the joint sponser . Also now we have a son which i had in new york he is 6 months can we still get denied ?my husband is in dominican republic

You can;t get denied for having a son or for having a co-sponsor., but yes, the spousal visa can still be denied if they think you have a sham marriage (to be crude, having a son only proves you had sex once, not that you have a bonafide relationship), or the co-sponsor doesn't make enough money, or your husband has a criminal backgroudn, or fails the medical, or lied in a previous visa application....

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
