MY husband (USC) and I are about to send our application for i130, 131, i485 next week but after reading the forms and requirements especially the i 131 we are faced with an issue. I am on a B2 Visa and my visa expires in May 28. I have already purchased my return ticket on May 21 and would really need to also leave the country to attend to personal and business matters. The instruction said I cannot leave the country until the Advance Parole document is granted. And if I leave the country ,before that I will have difficulty coming back. Our option was just to hold off the application until I comeback. What should we do ??? Is there a work around to this?? Thanks!
