As with any dispute the bottom line is how much support you have on your decision. This issue pales in comparison to having a nation of islam monument built on the world trade center site. There is just nothing on earth, whether in legal or logical means that will allow the Japanese to take possession of these islands. Right and Wrong? You mean like China building a nuclear arsenal and Japan abstaining? Japan's constitution doesn't even allow them to declare war….sounds like post WW2 they are the ones on the "right" side of history. (comfort women denials aside).

You appear to be too young to remember that Japan attacked the United States at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Before that, the US played a passifist role in the world thanks to Franklin Roosevelt. Who knew? Who cared? How could it happen?

In the end, we bombed the living sh i t, and puke out of 'em. It was lovely. It was wonderful. These slimy bastards had it coming. They lost, and we took control of their little island. Actually sir, I do not. I find most people of Islam to be very loving and kind. I find most Japanese people the same. However, I find many of them allow a few to speak so loudly that they drown out the feelings of those who disagree. Those who are too afraid to speak out against tyranny, should be considered in the same category as those who perpetrate the acts of it.
