Service request after 5 months

I have just called USCIS because we are past the 5 month mark. The lady I spoke with said she couldn't put in a service request because they are processing applications from October 22nd supposedly. I asked to be transferred to a tier 2 officer, and am waiting for the call back for it.

Has anyone had that situation where the person wouldn't put it in? This is absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service reps usually can't put in a service request when it's still in "processing times". Tier 2 can usually put them through. Tier 2 has more access and are actual officers, rather than the customer reps you deal with first. .

also the tier 2 officer is also giving me the same ####### saying he can't put in a request. What am I to do now? Everyone else doesn't have issues putting in the request.
