I don't know. He had back surgery 6 weeks before announcing his bid for President. He says that was a mistake. He was on painkillers the entire debate season and it fogged his mind. He said it was "humbling".

Perry? It would depend on who the Democrats nominate. Unlike some other Republicans (Cruz comes to mind, as does Palin), I wouldn't rule out Perry.

That other place. I'd rather not have the horrific crime rates that Texas sports nationwide nor would I like to see failed education and poor economic indicators.
