Does anyone know who to mail supporting civil documents for form ds-260 to in Manila? We are doing DCF. We did not get Packet 3 (formerly called) and it is a nightmare and the embassy is zero help. Previous info was "Chief, Immigrant Visa Dept." Us embassy, etc. BUT all went to Ds-260 in September-any help appreciated-Robert d

No sending anything in. You can schedule your appointment and get your medical done if you have your case number. Your documents are accepted at the interview and fee is paid at the same time.

Read this thread, or skip to page 5, there are detailed instructions there as to your next steps.
