Hello, is the biometrics appointment scheduled after or before the case is transfered to CSC?

Because i didnt receive any notice about appt., just received the letter saying my case was transferred to CSC and is pending now. Very worried, i applied for AOS in october and didnt receive any NOA1, just this notice about the transfer (i called 0-800 and they just say my case is pending..)

Thank you,

Kali

Hi- Usually the biometrics are scheduled shorty after you receive your first NOA's. My husband got his appt letter about 3 weeks after we filed. It seems like you should have had yours already especially if you were already transfered to CSC. I'm not sure what you should do other than make an infopass appt. or call/email USCIS.

Good luck,

Sarah

Hi Sarah, thank you so much for the response!

Ugh, sounds like they returned my letter from INS, as happened to my EAD notices >_<, long story, similar to other postings here (and i have my name in the mailbox, went to the post office to register my name/address as suggested by 0-800 and had this from post officer "i dont know what you are talking about, we dont have this service here", talked to mailman to ensure i live in my address, etc). Crazy!

Cheers,

Kali
