Hello everyone

My husband (USC) and I decided that I should be the agent for our petition because he is not in the US. Will I have any trouble to pay the fees with his bank routing number and his account??

Really picking an agent is a moot point. Both of your emails are there with NVC you gave them that when you got case# right? This is how NVC communicates. So the DS-261 really doesn't matter. Anyone with a US bank account can pay. So long as you have log in and have a US Bank to draw from no issue.

Doubts be gone. :goofy:
