Hi guys,

Our case got approved on 4/16/2014....I was wondering if the NVC process will change if I move to Iraq while they're processing it (don't know when I will be back)........?

and Can I do all the fee paying and all other things while in Iraq? I have a US bank account, so I think i can do that from there..?

Like if I take completed Avidiait of suppport and all these things..and once they request them...I'll send them by mail?

Also, will there be anything delivered to the mailing address that has to be signed by me personally?

and also can I receive all documents trough email instead of Physical mail?

Sorry for so much questions :goofy:

Nothing is sent thorough snail mail. Once you get case# (you need to be calling) you tell them beneficiary and petitioner emails and that's how they do things. going forward.

So answer is yes you can do it all from Iraq since its all online. But you will need to send AOS and IV packages via mail, Fedex whatever you you choose to send it. Only the forms (DS-261 and DS-260 will be submitted online.
