I fill up the ds-260 form last January 31, 2014 then the nxt day i got the conformation,and it said that After 2 to 6 weeks i will got the nxt step but until now i am still waiting for the result so my husband try to call the nvc to check the status But the nvc said that they never recieve any of our ducuments but when we called on our paralegal consultant they said that they already send to the nvc.it is posible that the nvc didnt get it or our paralegal didnt send to the nvc

Ask your paralegal for the delivery confirmation/tracking number of the package they sent to NVC. Tell them that NVC didn't receive anything.

Sorry to know you've lost almost 3 months in the process. By now, your case very likely would've been 'complete' (minus any issues) had the IV docs arrived at NVC.

Getting the tracking and delivery confirmation/details from the paralegal is the next step in discovering what happened to your IV docs and who dropped the ball.

We got the tracking and delivery confirmation but every time we call the nvc it said that they didn't get any of my document and the sad thing now is the paralegal that we get they didn't communicating on us now. i don't know what to do now I ask my paralegal to send me the document so i can send it by my self but they are ignoring me now.
