Guangzhou K1 Packet 3 to Packet 4 Wait Time

My fiance sent her packet 3 to the Guangzhou consulate from a Citic Bank in Beijing approximately 3 to 4 weeks ago. She contacted the consulate and they have yet to recieve the packet. Does anyone have any sense of what the mailing time is from the Citic Banks to the Guangzhou consulate. It seems like the folks at Citic don't have a good handle on the process. Any info would be appreciated!

Seems a bit long although I don't think we used the bank to send the packet. If i remember correctly, they started using the bank for submissions....then stopped...and now are using them again. We fell inside that window where it could be sent directly. Ours took about 10 days.

CITIC doesn't track the packets at all? Sounds like you've had no luck with them.
