of course, thanks to that moron 'W', we got involved in two dumb a$$ wars in two different raghead countries for no purpose whatsoever, except to enrich the military contractors (no doubt connected to W and cheney)...we never learn...history has shown over eons that one cannot successfully fight and win a war in somebody else's country...yet, we are pissing away billions of dollars and thousands of lives in exchange for what? Sand? We should get eff out of Iraq and Afghanistan, let them kill themselves in any manner they deem fit, and shut the door behind us....and focus on our own country and its citizens, not a bunch of camel jockeys who take our money while plotting our demise....

As someone working and owning a business in a bellwether industry, even the President's bowel movements seem have an effect on whether it is steak or beans this week. But then again, so does the price of gasoline, and so does the weather, and so does the market. However, one stupid idiotic comment from the occupant of the White House, and things go from bad to worse across the board in seconds. It is amazing that anyone takes anything a politician says seriously, but they do.

Yup. Wonder why the preznit's so-called "recovery" has been so tepid? Investors have been extremely cautious, not knowing what Chicago Jesus is gonna 'fundamentally transform' next. They're waiting for him to leave.

Actually, he has no recovery, despite all the money spent, we are simply waiting for the tide to come in now.

And it will eventually.

Reagan on the other hand unshackled economic sectors, he cut the tax code, he cut regulations which stymied growth, we went from bust to boom in just a few years.

Obama gave us a stab at green energy.

Reagan on the other hand unshackled economic sectors, he cut the tax code, he cut regulations which stymied growth, we went from bust to boom in just a few years.

i.e. the equivalent of going on a shopping spree and maxing out your credit cards with the purpose of improving your standard of living...

However, since that happened so long ago, let's give it a pass and consider more recent events... By comparison, W's regime really drove the economy to the ground because we went from a solid economy at the end of the Clinton administration to the huge hole of 2008...

In essence, W was far more destructive to this country than what the motley crew claims Obama is... Holding Obama solely responsible for all the economic woes of our country is akin to blaming the firefighters for the water damage they caused when putting out the fire that destroyed the house. At once, shortsighted, sophomoric and idiotic.

You're clearly irony-proof, since this describes the preznit's 'policies' perfectly.

Yes, what we need is the confidence fairy to work her magic
