So now we have our NOA2 what happens next.... i understand we move to NVC is this correct?

Do we have a way to know they got our application etc etc?

Wait a week or two and send them an email with your USCIS case number and both petitioner/beneficiary's name & DOB

This is the second if not the third time today the same or similiar question was asked....

Give it 2 weeks then call or email NVC. If you call their automated system wont have K-visa data get an operator on the phone. (603 334-0700)

Email: Try NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Include CIS case number, and name + DOB of both beneficiary, and petitioner.

Congratulations on your NOA2 My fiancé never called NVC. He sent 2 emails on the same week. The first response said they didn't have our petition yet, then he got a response to his second one stating they had already sent the package to the consulate.

Yes i would also say email them in approx 2 weeks...then when its done there they will send it on to London...sometimes it can take a little while to get to the NVC, so if it does you have nothing to worry about. I would suggest calling the NVC like i did so many times but it does get expensive. Good luck with the rest of your journey....you must be so excited right now

My experiece was similar to JaJo's. I waited almost a week, they responded - no case. I waited another week and got a positive answer! Getting a hold of NVC on the phone is really difficult (unless it's 11:55 p.m. EST) but e-mail seems to do the job. Good luck and CONGRATULATIONS!

There is a forum for NVC, you may have better luck there.

FWAGUY the more I think about your responce to my question the more it makes me upset... if it bothers you to answer people's questions and help them you shouldnt be here! This community has been for myself and many other a GREAT amount of support.... we are all in the same boat and should all support each other. Not get angry because questions are repeated!!

Who said I was angry? What is frustrating is that so many people refuse to read the guides, FAQ's and use the search function in order to educate themselves so that they can help those who follow. It is important that as you go through your journey you become a contributor and not just a user. That is what makes the community work.
