After Boot Camp, when can I petition my Fiance?

I thought you already told us that you were a USC in another thread. Now you tell us you are only a GC holder.

Edit: Yes, here is your thread where you claim you "just got naturalized." http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/492158-naturalized-from-us-navy-can-i-petition-my-fiance/#entry6956447

You also say it was "really fast!"

Now it appears that was a lie.

You caught it right! I am wondering now which one is a real story.

Know your enemy and know yourself and you can fight a hundred battles without disaster.Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat

It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop

How many times does a person have to do boot camp as well? So, already USC, or going to get it expidited. Going to boot camp, or already been. Pick a story eh?

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Your previous post, same topic: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/492158-naturalized-from-us-navy-can-i-petition-my-fiance/#entry6956447

You can file i129f once you have the Naturalization certificate on-hand.

Hello everyone ! I saw this part regarding Military-Related threads. And I fervently hope you can all advise me about my situation.

I'm going to Chicago next month for my training at the boot camp with an E-3 rank. During the 2-month training, my US Citizenship will be expedited, which I'm really looking forward to. As of now, I'm only a green card holder. After the training in July, I will move to Pensacola, Florida to start as PACT Airman.

Honestly speaking, one of my real reasons of joining the military is to get my fiance in the Philippines here in the US. I heard that FIANCE VISA is most probably the fastest to get him here. So of course, naturally, I will do the fastest way to be able to petition him.

So here are my questions:

When should I submit a petition for Fiance Visa?

And can I take him with me on my first command or station?

Thank you all so much for your answers.

HOO RAH !!

In your other topic, you are already led to the tips and links to instructions in assembling the I-129f.

Before you worry if you can take him on your first (and so on) command, you have to make sure first you are eligible to file for a fiance visa petition first. Not until you are a USC, as others have mentioned, you can't.

If you are stretching the truth here, please stop. We will only yell at you. If USCIS or the consulate catches you in a lie, you might as well throw your petition in the shredder and get it over with.

Assuming you are not a citizen yet, you need your citizenship to send anything in because your first filing requires copies of your naturalization papers. Make sure you have them before filing anything.

Can you take your new fiance to your first station? Well first there are army rules that I don't know anything about. Assuming you can get past that, there is the matter of once your fiance gets here, he cannot leave the United States until he gets his green card or advance parole. So if your first station is in a foreign nation, no.

I applaud the people for wasting their time on viewing the difference -- without giving any useful advice.

 Are you aware that falsely claiming to be a USC when you are not results in a lifetime ban from the US, with no waiver available?

I don't give liars advice.

You're welcome.

Saving you from a lifetime ban? Sounds pretty useful to me.

Ohhh, poor thing. OP must have missed the part where VJ listed in its terms and conditions that liars and people with attitude are not allowed to post questions.

Yeah, save yourself from the reality that you don't have any advice to give, so you rather shift the whole topic to something not useful.

I didn't give my real name. So your threat doesn't even pinch me.
