Hi All!

I am a US citizen currently living in the UK and filing for my husband. We mailed our I-130 petition to the London office on March 20th and I've yet to receive an e-notification or any confirmation of receipt. We haven't received the petition back with a rejection either.

I was wondering if anyone knew whether this was a normal wait period or if confirmation of receipt should have been allocated by now? Any and all advice is of course, greatly appreciated!

Check your credit card if the I-130 fee has been debited from your card they have received your petition. They usually process this within 48 hours.

Usually London is very quick my NOA1 approval as 48 hours after petition sent (this was emailed to my husband the USC). Full I-130 approval was 24 days from being submitted (that's fast).

Check your card to ensure they have taken your $$ if tey have it should happen anyday now check your junk filter on email just in case.
