TSC and CSC comparison... FAIL.

Since I've got our NOA1, I've been checking how TSC and CSC process the visas. And I'm so dissapointed in how USCIS manages things between these two. There is NO equality. While March filers at CSC get approved in April, in TSC December filers are still waiting... Why so unfair?! Why doesn't anyone do anything about this??

And their speed is increadibly different, too. Whilte CSC approves aprx. 10 visas a day, or maybe more in terms of VJ data, Texas hasn't been approving ANY since last week. What is going on??

I'm really dissapointed. And I think only TSC filers can understand how I feel. It's been 3 weeks since we've applied, but I already know I'll wait for at least 5 months. This is so unfair... It's gotten to the point that seeing CSC approvals make me depressed and sad. Why is the USA doing this to us?

I always thought the USA is so proud of it's equality and stuff... I wish I could see that.

It sucks bad, doesn't it. The only thing that keeps me sane is to know that I am not alone and I'm not the only one who feels like this.

Yeah, it's pretty backwards. It just seems like there is absolutely no rhyme or reason as to when they will get to your application. I've been waiting since February and know that I probably still have a long way to go until NOA2.

Yes, but petitions are for the visas, right? So in a way, they are in the process of processing the visa. By visa, I meant petitions.

My NOA1 date is feb 4th. Almost all CSC filers got their NOA2s. Im thinking I will hear hopefully sth from USCIS close to 5 month deadline. This is so unjust?

CSC has maybe 35% of the total petitions (2,468 versus 6,716) that TSC has, which is probably why they're going faster at the moment.

We can't say for sure that TSC is doing absolutely nothing, they're most likely approving petitions. VJ petitions are a very small percentage of the overall petitions, look at it like this:

There are 6,716 green balls in a bowl and 520 red balls in the same bowl. What is the probability of a person blindfolded picking a red ball at random? It's a very small chance!

**I'm not defending TSC's backlog in any way, just trying to show everyone the bigger picture. The world is a whole lot bigger than VJ!

Hi!

We are January filers , at some point shortly after sending our packet I got my hopes up thinking they were going to take "2 months at the most" to approve it.. turns out we are at day 82 now, If they approve it by the end of next month I will be happy.

I have been crashing October / November 2013 K1 TSC forums and they just recently approved some of their petitions... Anyway, We are still dreaming of a summer wedding.

Hopefully they will start moving faster, or transferring some cases to CSC.

Filed November 18th 2013, prepare for a long wait unless you get lucky. Already contacted senators and put in a service request, no clue how much longer we will have to wait. I would say just prepare for a 5 month journey to NOA2, do not get your hopes up and keep yourself busy and or preoccupied so you do not let the wait get to you!

I remember when we applied TSC was the fast one and CSC was slow. It tends to shift.

We sent ours February 10th... received NOA1 February 18th. Nothing since (except for Alien registration number changed). If you sent it in March, you still have a long way to go... (Mines in Texas too)
