Guys,

Can you (those with Indian other halves in a province under the Mumbai Jurisdiction only) please shine the light on the PCC at NVC situation ?

I sent in the whole kaboodle sans the PCC.

DIdnt think

Anybody from MUMBAI ONLY (NOT from Delhi) know if I am going to get checklisted ?

You will get checklisted but will be asked to bring the PCC to the interview. So you will also get a interview date.

3/14/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

I sent in the PCC to NVC and still got a checklist. I called them and they said this was just a checklist to make sure you bring an updated one, if needed. My wife's was valid for 6 months, so we were good to go.

USCIS:
02/22/2013 - I-130 Sent
11/29/2013 - I-130 Approval Text/email
12/02/2013 - Case Sent to NVC
NVC:
12/23/2013 - Case Received
01/17/2014 - Case Number/IIIN# Assigned
01/29/2014 - AOS and IV invoiced + Paid
02/03/2014- AOS + DS-260 Receipt sent to NVC via FedEx
02/04/2014- NVC received packet
02/28/2014 - Case complete
MUMBAI CONSULATE:
03/18/2014 - Fingerprinting and photos taken
04/01/2014 - Medicals complete
04/11/2014 - Interview!
04/11/2014 - Approved!!
04/16/2014 - Passport ready for pickup at Mumbai consulate(pickup location)
POE
04/19/2014 - POE(Los Angeles)

Feel relieved after reading your post. I received the same kind of checklist after submitting my PCC.i called and they said the same thing to me. Just wanted to know how old was your PCC when you went for your interview. i got mine in Feb and if get an interview in June, should be okay,right? or should i get a new one???

12/17/2013- NOA2 (APPROVED from California Service Centre)

NVC:

01/06/2014- Received at NVC

01/31/2014- Received case no, Invoice Identification no & provided our email addresses.

02/06/2014-DS-261- Available

02/07/2014-Completed DS-261

02/07/2014-AOS fee invoiced.

02/21/2014-IV fee invoiced.

03/13/2014-Paid both AOS & IV fees.

03/17/2014-Both payments reflecting as PAID

03/24/2014-AOS packet mailed to NVC

03/26/2014-IV packet mailed to NVC

04/02/2014-DS- 260 Completed

04/11/2014- False checklist

04/14/2014- CASE COMPLETE confirmed over the phone.

04/21/2014- Case complete confirmation email received.

06/04/2014 -Ceac site: Administrative processing

06/05/2014- Ceac site: ISSUED. Visa printed.

06/07/2014- Us travel doc site: Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery.

06/09/2014- Us travel doc site: Passport ready for pick up.

06/09/2014- Us travel doc site: Passport has been picked up. (collected from VFS office Prestige Atrium)/Visa in HAND.

You should be okay.. No need for a new one :)
