I live in London. I have a two passports. Israeli and Slovakian. I recently received a 10 year US tourist visa on my Slovakian passport and have a flight to the US tomorrow. I may not be able to collect my Slovakian passport in time before the flight. Is there any chance that I could fly to the US with my Israeli passport which does not have the Visa stamp on it?

Change your flight to a later date. You need the passport with the Tourist visa stamp in order to enter the US.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I was hoping that they would just do a computer check as they know I have dual passports. Hopefully I'll be able to collect my passport in time tomorrow.

It's not a complicated question. Answer is NO. If you try and enter on an Israeli passport you will be denied entry. The visa is matched to the information in your passport that was provided when you applied.

Best to be getting you're Slovakian passport back!

01/23/19 - Received 10 year Green Card.

 

My Citizenship Journey

12/06/18 - N400 Submitted

12/18/18 - N400 Biometrics Appointment Received

12/26/18 - Biometrics Complete - Expected completion Feb 2020 (13 Months)

04/28/19 - So far lots of USCIS "nothing has changed" bi weekly status update e-mails.

05/07/19 - Received notification that my N400 interview had been scheduled.

05/08/19 - N400 Interview letter was available to view online.

05/13/19 - Received physical copy of N400 interview letter in mail.

06/14/19 - N400 Interview Passed. Recommended for citizenship.

06/22/19 - N400 Approved

07/24/19 - Oath ceremony scheduled

No can do.

You were granted a visa as a Slovakian citizen. No visa was issued to an Israeli citizen with your name.

Had you done it the other way around, it would have worked - You could have gotten the visa in your Israeli passport, and went on the visa waiver program with your Slovakian passport if it didn't arrive in time.
