Well nvc didn't receive my case :(

Have to call uscis tomorow...

The problem is my noa2 says that my husband is int he US which hes not so maybe they won't even send our case to NVC.

Its been a year since submitting I-130 and were still in two different countries :sleepy:

Did the USC call USCIS yet? what did Tier 2 person say? Call them ASAP and sort it out

I talked to a immigration officer and they said that they'll put in a request for the case to be sent to nvc ....not sure if I trust them anymore tho

Its been a year since submitting I-130 and were still in two different countries :sleepy:

They just shipped it NVC on the 28th after I called and talked to an immigration officer, so If you guys get a notice like that you should call because they're probably not gonna send it to NVC untill you clear things out


On April 28, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

Shouldn't it say National visa center though??? not department of state?

Its been a year since submitting I-130 and were still in two different countries :sleepy:

Just like USCIS is DHS=Department of Homeland Security. NVC is Department of State
