we went to the interview today but Iam confused

hi everyone !!

we went to the interview today ....

you know guys my fiance is wating for the result from medical consultorio.

the point is the after a lots of questions that later i will to post how it was ....he told us...listen guys ...the interview was excellent but we cant aproved the visa until we get the result from the consultorio...go to pay DOMEX and we will call your fiance and he has to send the passport back to us to this adress....

my question is if the result from TB is good ...HE IS aproved? or he is aproved already.

also the OFFICER NEVER ASKED FOR ANY PAPERS JUST PICTURES...NOT EVIDENCES NEITHER I 864, 134, TRANSNCRITPS NOT AT ALL.

Okay I found it.

Yes basically you are approved.. Otherwise he would not have said to go pay DomEx to deliver passport so that they can receive the passport and send it back with the Visa later on...

You guys just have to wait for the TB results which should come... soon. June 13th makes the 9th week if I count it right, correct??

So now just hope you don't get a call before the 8th or 9th week. Trust that everything is working out as it should..

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Did the CO say something about his TB or did you guys?

They usually don't know... only know they are not back "yet".

The CDV still will send the Medical Exam report to the Embajada once he is cleared, you shouldn't have to call, no matter what the result.

The CDV will call the Beneficiary with the results, either way. They either move forward and send the cleared Medical Exam to the Embassy or wait until treatment is finished and then the CDV clears the patient and sends the Exam Results on to be processed for the Visa you got approved today.

Did the CO mention the TB screening specifically?

good morning...

he didnt mention nothing about TB screening....just he says ¨¨ the the interview was excellent......BUT...i cant give the a visa today because we are waiting for the medical result..we have to call your fiance in one week.¨¨ but we know it is in 9 weeks...

so that mean he doesnt know about it....

and the paper he gaves to give to the DOMEX PEOPLE ..he marked with a X the requisit for which he cant gave the visa ...

in tha paper there are a lot requisits for wich a visa cant be give ..... but our only says wating for PASSPORT RESULT M10 MY FIANCE AND HIS DOUGHTER NAMES M11,M12, M13AND M14I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.

Oh! Okay!! Yes Okay, then everything so far is as we discussed.

As for the additional M#'s.. I don't know either, perhaps someone here does but Google Search didn't show anything.

Well Great!! You are approved and now we move forward and look forward to celebrating on the June 13! That's a Friday the 13th! I have always thought of them to to be lucky days!!

         Oct. 22 - Expedite Approved - Status changed to Card Production
         Oct. 28 - Card Mailed w/Tracking number
         Oct. 30 - EAD/AP Combo Card Rec'd!!! - Our Thanks to God!! Gracias a Dios!
 
Feb 24, 2015 - Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver dated Feb 18,2015. - Trusting God for a super fast GC Approval!
 
June 3, 2015 - Put in a Service Request regarding EAD upcoming expiration/potential renewal.
 
June 6, 2015 - Rec'd letter stating our case was being transferred to Los Angeles Field office.
 
June 15, 2015 - AOS Approved!! No text - No email - Online Case Status still on Fingerprint Fee Rec'd
June 19, 2015 - Received "Welcome Letter" via U.S Mail <3 Gracias a Papa Dios!!!! Thank you, God!!
June 22, 2015 - Email and Text update that Cond. Perm. Res. Card had been picked up by USPS
 
June 23, 2015 - Conditional Permanent Residence Card Delivered by USPS Priority Mail - Can't wait to see Hubby's face when he checks the mailbox!!
