There are. I check several applications online that were submitted near our app date(11-22) and i saw this morning that one of them was approved on 4-17 and another went into Admin. Processing. Do you check your app online??

Approvals have been from May to Oct also 2 from Nov 2013,

but dates are all over the place some will be 5.5 mths

others a year...no one knows why. Name hits, RFEs,answer

from other agencies (if requested by adjudicator), or

awaiting an "A" file can be some factors

Where do you get these processing times. I need to know processing times for non immigrant waivers
