Better not expect this instructions letter to arrive to the beneficiary as some Manila applicants report to have not received them in the mail.

Candy never got hers. We looked it up on the web and followed it from there. Sweetcakes posted the link to that right above my post.

You don't need the mailing to sign up for the interview. just the NVC letter and the receipt when you go to BPI and pay your fee.

The embassy only sends out a welcome letter to let your fiancee know she can start the process and then gives her a link for online. Thing is THAT letter rarely, if ever, arrives. I would not hold my breath waiting for it... and you for sure don't need it.

If you have your MNL # from NVC then you are ready to ROCK 'N' ROLL!
