Medical: $223.35

Visa fee: $240

CFO seminar: PhP 400

The medical and visa fees will both be paid in Philippine pesos based on the prevailing USD-PhP exchange rate: http://ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-visafeeinfo.asp

And in the future when your wife arrives in US and after the wedding, you might want to be prepared as well for the AOS, which is currently $1070 (http://www.uscis.gov/i-485). Just throwing it out there as some people seem to have the shock of their lives when they learn this and can't file AOS after a while.

All the best!

Also, keep in mind there are many "hidden" costs beyond the actual Visa fees.

Assorted documents, translations & copies

Transportation to get those documents

Airfare to the US

All those little things to make her feel at home in your home.

Financial support for your new wife until she can start working.

Insurance

English classes

State ID / Drivers license

Marriage license

The wedding itself

All in, my wife and I spent just under $12,000 from the I-129 application through the AOS.

All I know is...I'm saving up a few grand (I had over 2k saved before my trip out there last month & got screwed cuz my rental got hit & I found out it wasn't covered under my insurance) he's saving as much as he can...his parents are paying for his plane ticket. Shipping his stuff here will cost around 1k. Then I have to get an apartment, I need a new couch, a new bed, a new tv for him, computer desk & chair...plus I have to support him til he gets a job. I'm taking a loan of around 10k out of my 401k to help supplement my income. It's expensive. But he's so worth it to me...

I am the petitioner.

To OP, aside from the expected fees I mentioned above, be prepared as well for the incidentals, which include the processing of the required documents, trip in and out of Manila for the medical, CFO and embassy interview, which also requires airfare, hotel costs, public commute, meals, etc. The incidental costs can be somewhat significant if your fiance is not from Manila.

Sweet_Cakes numbers are good.

If you fiancee does not live in the Metro Manila area you may need to add hotel to your expenses.

For more details on the process in Manila.. follow the flashing arrow.
