Let me clarify the facts. You have a travel itinerary/ticket issued in your maiden name but your current passport is expiring and you have renewed in your married name. You are asking if it will be a problem for you to call the airlines to change your last name to reflect your married name?

No. That should not be an issue at all.

Sein oder Nichtsein, das ist heir die Frage.

Thank so much, it just worried because to what I read concerning ticket with different name with passport.

Since i have to renew my passport to married name I have to call my airlines to change my ticket under married name and maybe better because my Ead and AP is under my married name..

Again, thank you much..

The airlines may want to ask for evidence like marriage certificate. Better call them and have them notate on your pnr regarding your case. I am not sure if airlines can just reissue a ticket with different name as majority international airlines do not allow name changes.. Even local airlines..

That is why airlines or travel agencies will ask you to book your ticket under exact same name that appears on your passport (for international flights) or ids (local flights)

Best option is to call the airlines. If they allow name change, well and good. If they just put remarks on your pnr just please be at the airport early just in case..

Goodluck op
