The top right box, "File Number"... do I put anything here? Can't tell where you are in the process. If you are just starting and submitting your I-129F petition, likely she would not have an "A number" or File number, AKA Alien number.

And for my fiance's addresses, do these need to be converted to English/Roman alphabet addresses?Yes, and use supplemental sheets as necessary. Chinese addresses can be rather long. Keep in mind who is likely going to be reading this document...US government workers in the US, very likely not fluent in Mandarin.

It has been a recent topic in the VJ forums, I can't recall the thread, you could use the VJ Google search function to find the threads. We used/adapted the format described on page 2, in the Form I-129F instructions:
