Hello, I have been going kind of slow on this. It seems like every time we sit down to start making sure we have everything to submit the application, there is another unknown item. Let me explain. I am looking here for instructions on applying for a K-1 http://photos.state.gov/libraries/guangzhou/47024/IV/K1%20Instruction%20GSS%202013.pdf and there are a few things I noticed.

It makes no mention of form G-325A, but it does say I need DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157. When do these need to be done?

What exactly do I need to submit with my original application? Do I need anything besides these items:

I-129F

G-325A for myself

G-325A for her

Statement of intent to marry from both of us

Passport photo for each of us

Proof of having met in past 2 years

Copy of my birth certificate

Fiances divorce decree in whitebook form

Are these all I need right now? Are these other forms like DS-230 going to be required later?

Thank you for your help

Thank you, yes I am using that guide, but I guess the process is a little different for Chinese fiance visas. The process is more involved than just what is on the guide.

Hello everyone, I am going on a vacation with my fiance next week and I am going to have her sign all the documents I need for the visa application. Can someone please check my original post here and let me know if there is anything else I need to think about getting from her while we are together?

Thank you very much!
