I have been asked to prove a bona fide relationship. I have tons of pictures, emails, phone records etc. How do I send the information? What about the pictures? Do I paste them somewhere? I used the Acco fasteners before but I am not sure how to send such a voluminous packet.

Best way to send pictures is to insert 2 to 4 pics on each page of a WORD document. Do write short captions at the bottom of each pic - date and little details of the pics. One or two from each occasion (visits, trips etc.) and probably no more than 20 or 30 pics should be good enough. Then print this document in a color printer, staple it and that is your photo album. Remember they do not allow regular albums and/or CD/DVDs.

Phone, Chat records, What's App, etc should be printed out.

How much information should I send? I have tons of e mails. Mine is not a normal case. I am remarried and so is my wife.

Print some examples of how and how frequently you communicate. Don't print and send it all, even if it's not tons but a pound or two.

For example, sort your inbox emails so only those from your spouse show, full screen. Then print screen and paste to Word. Scroll down about three months and do it again, then rinse and repeat until you have maybe a dozen examples of how and how frequently. If you communicate other ways that can be documented, use the same principle, examples over time.

Your strongest evidence of a bona fide relationship will be evidence of time spent together in person. Photos together are good but considered secondary. Primary evidence of time spent together would be entry and exit stamps from passport(s), boarding passes, receipts for credit card use in the applicant's country, etc.

Give them enough to paint a genuine and accurate picture but not so much they won't bother to look at it.

Thank you for the response. USCIS have also asked for greeting cards, birthday cards etc. I am planning on sending all originals for boarding passes and greeting cards. Will I ever get them back? My other fear is that they ask for this information again and then I dont have original boarding passes. Call me paranoid but nothing is out of bounds now

Don't count on getting them back. Send them good color photocopies organized so they can tell what is front and back. Photocopy the envelopes too, if you have them. Color copies of boarding passes will do nicely.

Bear in mind they have sent you a list of possible items. You probably don't have them all and they don't expect you to. Send what you can and let it be.

Any last words of wisdom before I send the RFE packet? It has taken me a month with my job and other responsibilities to get this done. I will be making a copy of the entire packet. I am afraid that if it gets lost, I will not have the energy to create a whole new set of documents again.

Below are some points that you could validate for me:
a. I am not notarizing any statements I make. I am explaining my relationship in a document along with the factual evidence. I don't see any point in getting the document notarized
b. I am sending the RFE response to the address stated on the cover sheet. It does not explicitly state that I need to send the response to that address. However, it is give an the bottom left hand corner. I wish I could upload the image but I am unable to figure out how to do so. The address says:

USCIS - California Service Center,
P.O.Box 10590
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0590

I expect your instructions DO tell you exactly how and where to return your response. Read them carefully and follow them exactly, including sending the original request back with your response.

Always keep a copy of any package you send to USCIS. To do otherwise would be quite foolish

No need for Notarizing anything unless specifically requested to do so.

OP, if for some reason your instructions do not state how to return your response, call the toll free number and ask for clarification.

Moderator: Sorry about the earlier post. I had removed my name and address. I didnt realize there was more personal information. I am uploading the doc again with case number grayed out.

I will call the USCIS but I really expect no help from them. If someone can look at the RFE and may have received something similar, please help me out. I have compiled all the information and would be devastated if I sent it to an incorrect address.

Thanks.

Send it back to where it came from. There's only one address on your RFE.
