Hi Everybody ,

Im trying to file for removing the conditions on my own and I am running into a couple of questions , obviously I already have the conditional green card but when looking at the I-751 form it ask about if I ever been convicted or arrested or committed any crime which I was not arrested in the United State , and I had a disturbing the peace situation where I spent one night in jail and when we filed the first time we summited all those certified documents and my question is Do I need to summit those documents again?

second question : the form ask for children information in the section that request information about my wife , Is that soupose to be for the kids we have together or just in case I was filling for my own kids?

and by the way my temporary green card expires 08/02/2014 so I have to file by may 2nd next month so please please any info would be greatly appreciated !

tks
