The assist to the Sec, of State claims they SPENT 5 billion already.

Now ask yourself what great works of humanity took place in Ukraine?

I suspect I in a small way played a part in that program to coheres Ukraine to us (though I did not know it then).

I was hosting business people they bring over here for "training."

I bet anything this program got a grant from that lake of money.

Sorry, thought you were up on current events. Currently, we cannot really use drones against nations with developed technology. Iran and recently Russia brought down drones by messing with GPS signals.

Until this is fixed, drones are only good at fighting wars in backwater situations.
