I just got a notice my ROC was rejected, improperly signed.

But I can't figure out what wasn't signed? Is every single extra paper (bank statement, copy of green card, etc) supposed to be signed? and by who?

My husband is in texas, we filled all this out before he left. And now I am freaking out because I can't get it the packet to him and to USCIS before my renewal date!

Help, please?

Thursday Hence me freaking out.

I can only find one spot on the I-751 that asks for our signatures. The rest don't apply. Section 1 is my info. Section 3 is his info. There are no children 4 doesn't apply. Not disabled, section 5 doesn't apply. We both signed it in section 6. I prepared it myself, so section 7 doesn't apply. End of form.

He signed the cover letter. We both signed the extra address paper since we've moved a fair bit (his line of work moves him a lot).

I submitted. Green Card, Cdn passport, Joint bank statements with transactions, joint credit card statement with transactions, our two combined vehicle titles, copy of the insurance on the car in both names, copy of our lease, one bill in both of our names, one bill in each of our name for the same address. I included a few photos and that was that. It does not say to sign the supporting evidence or include the A number, I just had a dozen people read the instructions, just says for any form space that you needed more room.

Could that be the issue? That not every single paper was signed with my A#?

Well I Suggest you do an Infopass Appointment Like NOW For Monday and or just show up at your Local office or Call USCIS and Ask to speak to a TIER 2 officer RIGHT Away and they will let you know exactly what went wrong because from what you are writing I just cant tell. and when you figure it out and you have to Send that in MONDAY Because im not sure if you send it Tuesday it will get there by Thurs. If they ACCEPT it by Thursday Breathe a HUGE sigh of relief. I wish you wouldn't have done this at the last moment. Best of Luck! Keep us updated!

This is why we hired a lawyer to do it the first time. She might have screwed it up in some ways, but at least it went smoothly. It's 5pm, I can't see me getting anyone on the phone. I am absolutely freaking out, I'm 3 hours from the nearest USCIS center too...

50 minute wait for a next level officer. Which puts me past closing time I'll be surprised if I don't get hung up on.

What do I do if they don't help me today? Drive to Milwaukee Monday Morning and hope someone can help me?

They didn't cash the check, I've been watching and wondering why since they've had the packet a bit now.

What do I schedule the info pass under? There doesn't seem to be anything applicable since they didn't give me a receipt number, just sent me a rejection notice (and didn't send me the packet back like the notice says they did).
