I would also make sure to tell the court when getting a restraining order about him changing in front of your daughter. I don't know how old she is, but really doesn't matter. Probably for the judge this can only be considered hearsay (your word against his), but worth mentioning anyway. The fact that he is staying near to you can also put her at risk, if he is some kind of pedophile or pervert.

I can't see anyone wanting to live out of status and have to look over their shoulder every day.

You must be under the impression that illegals are actually worried about being picked up. As long as they don't get arrested, the chance of getting caught and deported is about 1 in a million. In NYC, half our population are illegals, they don't seem to be worried.

The ONLY way immigration "catches" an illegal is if they fall in their lap, almost literally.

Harpa when I called the police the other day they told me to go file an order of protection. I'm going to do that. I have his friends and family contacting me daily telling me to let him stay here and leave him alone. Some have gotten very nasty. I wouldn't be alone with him, I don't even look at him when he is trying to sneak by. However I started recording him walking all the way around to the other neighbors driveway so no one sees him coming in or out. Just as proof he is trying to hide.

Golden Gate he doesn't talk to me but yet he tries every time he sees my daughter (and thinks I'm not around) to talk to her. I'm always right there he just can't see me. I have her recorded saying leave me alone. I just don't put anything past anyone for spite ANC I obviously ruined his plan and hurt him.

Good. A Restraining Order and an Order of Protection are the same thing. That would mean he is not allowed to approach you or be near your house. It might mean he can't stay at the neighbors either. You can also do the same for others who are harassing you. Good luck.

It doesn't matter how the couple met. They could meet online, in a strip joint, on the streets, in the park, anywhere. What matters is he is not the person he presented himself to be and some of the reported activities appear to be inappropriate behavior towards the female minor. There is a marriage that one party no longer wishes to be a party to and potential danger to the spouse and child. As with any marriage, whether it is to a USC, LPR, or any other person, she is following the correct steps. She has filed to end the marriage and to protect herself and her child.

As to what will happen to the potential immigrant that is up to the US government.

I met him online. However before I even thought of getting involved with him I asked certain questions over and over at different times in different ways. Does it matter where I met him? Even if I met him traveling or if I lived in another country. He laid a great line of BS on me and so did his family. I figured after almost 2 years a person would have showed some kind of true colors that he was dishonest but his "story" was consistent. Everyone has seen a change in him. It's just not normal to go from a normal happy person to a weird controlling creeper with no personality what so ever. I was played and I accept that...yes I met him on line and he played me well. However I threw a wrench into his plan because I started to pick up on weird things that he did (which I might add in his culture public affection in front of children is not normal and changing in front of kids is not normal either I've asked others from that culture) him trying to change me and control what I do was not normal and not the person I met. I never would have brought him here if I knew that was his intent. You don't try and change someone you love. What's the point of marrying someone to change them?

Some people here on VJ like to stir up drama about people from MENA countries, that is all. They have nothing better to do.
