So we are preparing our package and we ran out of space to list residences & jobs for my fiancee. How do I add an extra from? Can I just type it in a regular word document - what information should be on this extra page?

Yes, you can use a Word doc. Label it 'Addendum to question 4' or whatever, and put the same headers as on the original - job title, dates, etc. Perhaps this would be easier in Excel, but whatever works for you.

Then write whatever information you may need!
