confuse by the USCIS decision

My petiion was deneid due to the proof of my relationship to my Benificiary was receive 2 weeks late...

April 01,2014 my I130 petition was denied . 1 week later April 07, 2014 i received this E-notice.....

On April 07, 2014 your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVlE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at USCIS for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

i called the CS a week after but they keep saying that my petition was denied because i already recieve the denial letter. but when i ask about the notice i received above and the status is under INITAIL REVIEW i was told that my petition are still denied. im so confused? does anyone have thesame problem like mine? please help!

Alien registration numbers change all the time. That should be the least of your concerns. Your biggest concern should be your I-130 denial

now the petitioner will have to re file if he or she cannot prove that the documents or evidence requested was sent in time
