Hi everyone first I would like to thank this Visa Journey for their support and guidance. I am still in the process of updating my timeline. Me and my wife from the Philippines were married on 3/15/14. AOS will be filed this weekend now that I've received my marriage certificates.

Here is my question, I am now reporting the marriage with the Honolulu Philippine Consulate. I've downloaded the form "Report of Marriage of a Philippine Citizen Abroad" form. Do I report the marriage under my wife's maiden name or married name?

it should be maiden name. when we processed ours it was maiden name that i used :D

Thank you so much!!!. I will complete papers and hand it in next week. Forgot it was Good Friday tomorrow.

ROM Completed!!! They didn' bother to even look at the original Birth Certificate of my wife and Marriage Certificate. Just make sure to bring at least 4 photo copies of both. Also 4 copies of wife and husband's passport info page. I'm still a little disappointed because the website required me to get a self address stamped envelope, however they never took it. $25.00 for ROM and $5.00 for a useless envelope. :ranting: .
